In this workshop for FP Depim students, Sergio Carbonell explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on graphic design, highlighting how generative AI, especially tools such as ChatGPT and MidJourney, is changing the way designers approach their projects. Sergio shows practical applications of AI, such as image generation and automating creative tasks, that allow designers to be more efficient. Throughout the workshop, the use of prompts, the evolution of AI models and how assisted creativity is the future in many industries are discussed. In addition, key tools such as Ideogram and Opus Clip are presented, which enhance the creation of visual and multimedia content. This event was a unique opportunity for students to learn about the power of AI in their professional future and how to apply it now in their daily jobs.
