In this conference , a Innovative project of the company Xprinta that transforms tourist signage in a small town in Salamanca. Developing an app that offers visitors a unique experience by providing detailed information about the village, including its monuments, traditions and local businesses. During the presentation, it explores how this project works and highlights its impact on the tourist experience. Results and performance are shared, emphasizing the importance of data to anticipate the times of greatest influx of visitors.
In the Workshop The relevance of the Constant renewal of the app to keep it up-to-date and engaging. User behavior in the app is discussed, using statistics to further improve the experience. In addition, it explores how Xprinta can benefit other businesses and cities with similar solutions.
